OK, so there are new rules. Maybe they should be written also in this thread:

It is confusing when in one thread you have some some rules and in other thread some other rules.

If I am not allowed to post attachments how can I post pictures. Please help.

-use a 3rd party service like imgbox or imagebam, they will give you the forum code to post thumbnails after uploading
