Does this mean that they are no longer copyright since she is not selling them anymore or should these thieves still restrain from posting them?

I'm not a lawyer, but I do know that copyright remains for the life of the owner plus 50-75 years after. In other words, they're still copyrighted. She may choose to re-open a store down the road.
