Smile Various Lift Carry Lifts Demonstrated Sara Lips

Hi Guys

Been meaning to post on here for ages, just not enough hour in the days to catch up with all my admin. Noticed that a few of you where commenting on your favourite lifts.

Personally for me when lifting I guys, I like the firemans, over the shoulder and front cradle lifts. Shoulder ride is cool as long as the guy doesn't panic. Below I have included a video "Beach Lift and Carry" incase you have not seen it.

While I was living in Spain for a few months I filmed the video at Guardamar del segura beach. I did get a few strange looks but I think it turned out well.
The guy in the video weighs in at 190lbs, which is roughly my limit for lifts, specially in a session scenario.

You can guess.

I find cradles easier than piggybacks though the latter takes less strength, odd. Also said earlier I tried to cradle a girl with my left arm once it was immensely harder than my main arm. I have very strong shoulders though so for longevity it would be shoulder sits or OTS, strong at backlifts too but that's not a practical way to move people

Default Favourite lift

I prefer cradle with looking in the girl's eyes and feeling her bulging biceps...
