Hi Guys
Been meaning to post on here for ages, just not enough hour in the days to catch up with all my admin. Noticed that a few of you where commenting on your favourite lifts. Personally for me when lifting I guys, I like the firemans, over the shoulder and front cradle lifts. Shoulder ride is cool as long as the guy doesn't panic. Below I have included a video "Beach Lift and Carry" incase you have not seen it. While I was living in Spain for a few months I filmed the video at Guardamar del segura beach. I did get a few strange looks but I think it turned out well. If you are interested in finding out more about me or my services, my website is https://www.saralipswrestling.com/london-dominatrix/ https://www.saralipswrestling.com/

You can guess.
I find cradles easier than piggybacks though the latter takes less strength, odd. Also said earlier I tried to cradle a girl with my left arm once it was immensely harder than my main arm. I have very strong shoulders though so for longevity it would be shoulder sits or OTS, strong at backlifts too but that's not a practical way to move people

I prefer cradle with looking in the girl's eyes and feeling her bulging biceps...
