I bought the second f/m video and its really excellent. Would love to see more, perhaps with a guy who is a little bit heavier than the woman (150-160lbs). One-leg balances are one of my favorite lifts, incredible to see them paired with overheads, very unique! One-legged shoulder rides and leg presses would be the perfect video for me.

Thank you. After almost 2 years of trails and effort, am able to get these videos. Trying to make them better. Lifting a heavier man is something I am looking into. But right now, it's gonna take some more time

Honestly Calvin if its physically seeing that girl gorilla pressing/overhead lifting guys in different ways ill happily purchase the videos.

So here it is, many of you have been asking for some gorilla press videos and finally I am able to make one. Not only just gorilla presses, in this video the girls lifts 2 girls overhead together for few seconds. And some amazing double shoulder rides.

How much do the 2 girls weigh. And how much weight is she capable of getting over her head?

I really like the videos of the girl carrying an older man. I suggest you write each type of lift included in each video, and how long they last. Because it wil help us decide which videos to purchase, instead of writing "many types of lifts". Thanks for you great work!

I think it's enough with writing out what main lifts is included. To produce videos with all work it involves is time consuming enough without having to also time each lift. But that's only my opinion

They both weigh about 50-57 kg. That would be around 230 lbs together. I am sure she could hold 250 lbs, even though it would be for a few seconds.

This video consists of around 8 minutes of overhead holds and gorilla presses and double overhead holds. The other 4 minutes include double shoulder carries..
