Hello,
Many people are afraid to talk about their age, especially when the effects of age start to show. I've heard that you shouldn't ask women their age. However, I allow it. I'm 28 years old and I'm a sportswoman, more precisely in bodybuilding. Lifting and carrying various loads is my daily routine, but it is the bête noire of immobile women. It strengthens my muscles, works my abdomen and above all improves my cardio. Today, it's all about endurance, even in this time of pandemic. According to health workers, sport, especially endurance sport, boosts our immunity. People who practice sport regularly have a better resistance against the invasion of the virus and are less likely to reach the stage of severe form in case of contamination. There is no secret to being healthy or getting in better shape, it is the sport you can do there in the fitness rooms or at home by getting the necessary sports equipment.
