Hello everyone,

My name is cameliano and I'm sort of new to this whole lifting thing. I'm primarily a mixed wrestling fan but gradually I've begun taking an interest in lifting due to the fact that I love the idea that girls can be just as physically imposing or more than guys.

I don't know what to expect but it seems like it'll be very fun!
