You are using Apple iCloud Private Relay, which is Apple's own VPN functionality. Here are Apple's instructions on how to turn it off:

After you have been given full access, you are free to use any VPN, including iCloud Private Relay.

Wasn’t i suppossed to do that? So that i’m not connected to ICloud VPN? I’ve turned it off now again anyhow. Could i please receive full access now?

You need to make a post while not connected via iCloud. This post was still made via iCloud. You are free to use any VPN after you have full access. -dp

No, it does not work. If you can't disable it from Safari, try another browser, for example Firefox. -dp
