Probably when I was 15 and had a lapsitting. It was a strange and exciting situation. Then I became a fan of lift and carry watching some videos of Bunny Glamazon. My first lift and carry experience was when I was 23 and my gf spontaneously hold my weight in the sea in a cradle lift
