I guess I will have to agree this L&C fetish does start showing up at a very young age. more like the same way a persons sexuality develops, even this starts at a very tender age. IN my case MY sexual interest towards girls started much after I had already realized I get turned on by girls lifting guys, so you know even before I knew what is sex , I was already playing with my LIL bro imagining L&C
