Is ito do with different muscle groups ?
Hi Mark!

I think every girl is different as I work with a lot of girls of different shapes and sizes. However, I do think that in general, girl's legs are by far their strongest muscle group. Girls that have strong legs that also have a low center of gravity (5'5' to 5'8") seem to be able to lift the best. However, their are always exceptions to the rule!
