Shoulder ride is definitely my favorite, it gives me the highest perch and makes me feel like I'm on top of the world.

Piggyback is a close second though, and has the benefit of being much more attainable than a shoulder ride.

It's a tossup between a front straddle and a cradle for me. But i find it's better if the girl's quite tall for a front lift.

Btw, my usage of the term straddle is a nod to all the pioneers here.. The term seems to have fallen out of favour.
