I'm 6'2 and 95kg. Interesting how big we all are... I actually had this conversation with a session girl. She said it's normally bigger guys who are into l&c. I think the right word for that is... incongruous!

The most I have weighed is 130 lbs. I have met girls who weighed more and a lot stronger but sadly never had a lift carry experience. Though I believe a session with a FBB would be great as 130lbs is nothing. I feel its not much for even a regular girl.

I weigh 185 pounds at 6’2 and I am very fit for this height standard. I usually use my height to carry women over my shoulders or on my shoulders to show dominance.

To be honest, I'd absolutely love to take part in a L&C session but I'm definitely far too overweight at the minute. My primary reason for wanting to lose weight is actually so I can be lift and carried
