they are found everywhere dude , when I was young I had a surprisingly strong girl in my neighborhood , she could pony ride me one floor upstairs despite being a full 7years younger and no more taller than my chest , oh yes lifting me back to back was her favorite :D

Naturally strong? Northwestern Europe (like Poland, Sweden, UK). I think it has to do with equality among men and women dating back along time (farm work and hard labor).

hi dont know if this is the proper thread to post this matter ,well its related to the old forum where there was a thread in which there were some really great clips of old webcam couple ,well there was a awesome clip in that thread named blueye, well the gal in that video of about 19 mins was pure strenght and she lifted the guy in so many positions like he was feather weight, well that also included a 2 min shoulder lift in which she gave him a blow job ,well i must admit it is the most fascinating lift and carry video that i have seen ,well can anyone tell the name of the couple in the video and how big the gal is ,she is surely very strong to do such lifts

I don't think country matters much -- and would you really move there if it did?? If country does matter, it probably would have more to do with the friendliness/openness of the people, rather than their size and strength. (Friendlier people = More likely they would be open to lifting you).

But, if location matters to you, try a fitness expo. Or a logrolling competition. Or a women's soccer game. Or a farm. :laugh:

I don't think there's a country out there that just has naturally stronger girls, they all start out on an equal plain. If you want to find the country with the highest number of strong women, it's probably whatever country is the most socially accepting towards it. Like here in the US, strong women are often thought of as gross or manly. So its not a very encouraging environment for a woman work out in or show off her natural strength. Whatever country is cool with women doing traditionally male jobs like manual labor, and who's men aren't threatened by female strength is probably your best bet.

Actually, I met a girl that was half Swedish and half Norwegian, she was tall and had the strength of a bull! :tt1: I swear she looked like a viking princess she lifted a 300 lbs(about 136 kg) guy on her shoulder. I saw her practice she was training to be a professional wrestler

You said it Usa and Canada have many many choices and lots of lift and carry stuff going on. I can't tell you the different number of girls i have met from places i would probably never have imagined :thumbup2:

I know a tall Swedish girl who lifted a 200lbs guy on her right shoulder with 1 hand! :scared: .....To be honest i was a little surprised and intimidated with such a show of brute strength. She was tossing around that guy with ease...

I noticed that there's a correlation between height and strength among the tested women. The taller women had stronger grips than the shorter women in all age groups. I was surprised that almost all of the older taller women had stronger grips than the younger shorter women. It's surprising since grip strength is related to overall strength.

It has more so to do with hand/palm length. Longer hands grip better than shorter ones (that and if you take 2 women of different heights and average builds then the taller one would likely have a greater muscle volume than the shorter one).

All of this really makes me wonder how powerfully average-build yet long handed women like Uma Thurman can grip. I would guess that she would grip around 50 kg per hand even without extra training.

That could be. That theory may be true in certain circumstances, but I do think that taller women tend to be stronger than shorter women. I don't think that hand length or hand width accounts for all of the grip-strength differences. For instance, the taller older women are stronger than the shorter younger women, but this pattern stops after they reach a certain age.

I think the bottom line is, anyone from ANY country could become really strong if they work out enough and eat the right diet. You're going to see some great examples from crossfitters and the like, from all parts of the globe.

At least for the younger American girls doing competitive sports though? I think most coaches emphasize weight training a lot more than they used to, as an integral part of their exercise/practice.

Just the other night, I went out to this pizza place to grab dinner and a bus pulled up with a team of, I presume, high-school seniors, who won a softball game. The legs on at least 1/2 to 3/4ths. of them were impressively muscular, with several I'd put in the "massive" category. At least a few looked like they regularly leg press the full stack of weights in the gym.

And I'm just seeing more and more of that, lately. One of our kids is friends with an 8th. grader who plays soccer and a couple other sports, and it's insane how hard/far she can kick a ball. Just goofing around, I've seen her say "Bet I can kick this ball up over your house and land it in the back yard of the one across the street!" - and she proceeds to do it, perfectly. There's no way I can do that as a grown man.

My ex was very strong and definitely all natural - before we met she was generally unaware of her strength and it was only when she disclosed beating an ex boyfriend at an arm wrestle and also giving him a piggy back along a beach one day that it piqued my interest and obviously I followed it up from there :-)
