1) Under the armpits
2) By the waist
3) By the collar of a shirt/jacket
4) By the neck

Not so many L&C videos uploaded on this site recently... but they have FF shoulder ride scenes in many trampling videos. Like here:

in this video shoulder ride scene last for 5 minutes, its my favorite video there:

in some videos they have FFF shoulder rides, one girl lift two girls. If you have no problem with trampling scene you can find some interesting lifts there.
