I would like also to know some, not for me, but for my girlfriend. Which muscles should she train, how should she hold her back, while I sit on it?

I am not a doctor so I don't know the names of the muscles. If you want to train your girlfriend you should go together to a pool. At this stage she will manage only one part of your weight. After some training she will be able to carry you without the water.
