Two Back and forth lifts but for the most part this is Rachel lifting Vanessa who ends up topless and then nude for TWO Over the shoulder Carries. Other lifts include side, hip, piggy back, cradle. Firemans. One camera angle.. all lift and carry. Vanessa does lift the 245 pound girl twice though
