Ohh...you shouldn't!😄. I think I named these wrongly. It's not the get ups where model lay flat on the ground and get up. This is "only" 🙄 one knee in the ground "get ups". I'm gonna change the description. Thank you 🙂

Could be also interesting a new type of lift like under armpits lift. Face to face, then the girl put hands under armpits (or lower position on sides of stomach), the girl goes down a bit with legs, put her body on the man body and then stand up...
