Especially during a piggyback ride. But other lifts also.
If yes, how did she react to that? she got mad? Or find it funny?

my wife told me when she was in school she used to lift male classmates, and she told me than more tan once guys had an orgasm, specially in front lifts, and almost most guys had erections during lifts, but thats mostly the reason she used to lift guys (pd i met my wife 2 years after she ended high school)

what kind of lift? how much did it last? how old were you and the girl?
