I agree, Kaycee + Overheadlifts on a Guy = Me buying.

I just noticed this comment and learned about this new "Human barbell Weight Training Video" which I most certainly am going to buy now

I am so pumped about this one!! Can't wait to see it! And this guy is 170 pounds, so imagine the possibilities with a 150 pound guy for example.. but none the less, keep up the nice work!
