Dear rfcblue , I love your clips so much , but I dont know why I can't buy your clips on clips4sale ....clips4sale said "We encountered some error ..." always and who know why ?! Always when I want buy a video from your store clips4sale says that ...
 how can I solve this ?

Clips4sale has its own system for purchasing clips and as a producer you don?t have any impact on this system. However they have a good support and they usually answer very fast. Please contact them via email with your problem: - go to the foot of the clips4sale-page, click "contact us" - then click "open new ticket", a new site appears - fill the form (you don?t need telephone-number, but of course email adress) - under "help topic" choose "customer support" - write something under subject, for instance "clip order fails" - describe your problem under "message" - then click "submit" at the foot of the page.
