Did you tell your last gf about your fetish? If you did then maybe you'd feel less guilty about getting sessions. And besides, getting sessions or meeting girls to get lifts isn't cheating on your gf or anything unless your sleeping with em too.

As for the second part you'd probs be doing that every few days or so to porn or other material if you didn't have this fetish so you shouldn't be too concerned about it.
