I think hammer throw athletes are quite underrated in this regard. A lot of them could pick up even heavier men.

Wrestlers as well.

The only girl to ever give me an overhead did hammer throw and shot put in high school

You're right, hammer throw athletes are so strong and underrated.
I must say that I personally don't know a single person who play this sport.
This make me think about one question: what is the sport that is the most common between women in your country? Here girls mainly paly volley and athletics and some go to gym, but in general there aren't a lot of sportive girls around, at least here

Here, in London, a lot of women my age don't indulge in sports per se. Quite a few females go to the gym in the endeavour to grow their butt (which sometimes makes them strong - but often times, still does not). P.E. (Physical Education) is something frowned on here.
