How much do you weigh?

I'm about 6 feet 1 inch and weigh about 190. The only times I've ever been lifted by a woman was in a martial arts class when women did the judo throws. The other time I said to a friend of mine after I did a pick up hug on her and put her down I raised my arms and asked her if she wanted to try lifting me, she said she didn't think she could do it but she would try. She managed to do it.
