In which countries lift and carry is most popular?

I feel like it's very common in India and China.

Certainly India. After all it has a whole category of their own in landcforum as you can see.

Japan also is very popular. I came across various events where they do shoulder riding during a karaoke (I'm not sure, but it looks like a karaoke).

As for the USA...the reason is, because it's a country with a very big population.
