Yes, this is something I've shared with all my recent partners. I still feel a little shy about it, but as far as kinks go this one is pretty sweet and harmless. And really, all sexual partnerships should eventually include a conversation about what specific turn-ons each person has.

So my advice is to definitely share this with your gfs/partners! It's a good sign of a loving relationship when partners want to give pleasure to each other, and if you don't share this information you'll deprive them of that opportunity to really turn you on. Sure, you can probably get some lifts in a more indirect way, and maybe they will intuit that it turns you on, but speaking from experience it's so much better to just be upfront.
