I can definately repeat the cradle deep squat/toe raise and then also throw in the leg kick. The funny thing is I never practiced that lift or even thought about it before that video, it just came to me.

Rachel do you think its easy to recruit women to do lift and carry videos? You seem to be having such an easy time finding them that maybe you could start letting them do videos unsupervised and then sell it on your clips4sale?

Hello Winniethebeer,
Actually, it is quite difficult for me to recruit the right type of girls for lift and carry videos. I am extremely selective in who I work with, because at the end of the day, if I pay a girl to shoot videos and they don't sell I have made a huge mistake and potentially lost a lot of money. So, to answer your question, I probably will never use material that I did not shoot or was not a part of on my clips4sale store. It is just too risky.

Our sexy Russian Cirque du Soliel performer, Bebe, is back and this time she is doing all of the lifting! At 5'3", Bebe is much smaller than Rachel but her strength is undeniable as she proudly shows off in her first ever lifting video.

She begins by lifting Rachel in a front staddle and proceeds to dance around the room with her.
