Im not able to post a request in the Help desk thread at the moment, it just displays private and inside the forum is empty.

If you scroll down to the bottom of any page you will see a link that say's contact us click on that and then click on the post in the help desk forum.

It is supposed to look like that, because you can only see your own threads. Simply click the "New Thread" button, and we will reply to your thread.
