I pulled a muscle trying to help "drunk" Michelle walk into the "house" yesterday, I had her weight I was supporting and I stepped on a throw rug, my foot and the rug slipped straining an inner thigh muscle...
So you can get hurt doing anything... It's a challenge for me to get strong enough to lift the bigger girls and guys..
