I am glad that you like the looks of the new video! It was a lot of fun, and this male is about 140 pounds. Unfortunately, he is from Maine, and my shoot with him was a one time thing while he was passing through the area...

I actually tried to overhead him, but he was extremely awkward and very much like dead weight. Unfortunately, I encounter this problem quite often with guys who aren't really too familiar with lift and carry.

Robin is a beautiful 19 year old model who is also a professional kick boxer. Robin and Choice are both in sexy bikinis and although Robin is new to the world of lift and carry, she has no problem dominating the super cute and extremely petite Choice.

Are you planning on doing any new overhead videos? I've bought them all so far I think. Could you maybe try overhead reps with Choice or another slim girl?

just a tip: perhaps incorporating storylines would benefit the clips even more? as great as it is too see lots of lifts, it can become repetitive if the same lifts are done in the videos in the same settings or without nothing else happening than just the lifts.

of course, if things are going great business wise already, why change a winning concept?

Hi there Luff,

Thank you for the idea, but actually, I would say that more than half of my videos do have a story line behind them. I also try to mix up my girls and male volunteers as much as possible as well.

I can definitely keep incorporating new story lines in the future, but strangely enough, when I first started shooting my fans really liked my videos because they are 90%+ lifting and very little "fluff"...

I will definitely be doing more overhead videos in the future. I am just waiting for the right petite girl to come around. Unfortunately, Choice is no longer in my area, so I will have to see if I can find a suitable replacement for her.

Roni just got back from the beach with her friend Billy, and she is furious with him because he refused to take his shirt off the whole time as he has not been going to the gym . Roni was embarrassed to be seen with him, and decided that she was going to show him what would happen to him at the beach if he does this again.

Roni begins by throwing him over her shoulder and performing a few deep squats. Roni has the strongest legs of any of the girls we have shot and loves to show off her strength when dominating men. Roni then puts on a true lift and carry clinic performing fireman's carries, over the shoulder, front straddles, lapsitting, cradles, backbreakers, several one arm lifts, shoulder and one shoulder sits, and much more. She performs deep squats and also lunges with Billy on her back, sitting on her shoulders and in a front straddle position. At one point in the video, they compare biceps, leg and calf muscles and Roni is clearly more muscular. She bullies poor Billy throughout the video and there is nothing he can do about it.

To make sure she has fully proved her point, she lifts him over her shoulders and threatens to drop him on his head if he ever embarrasses her again and then carries him back to the beach.

The lifting in this video is truly non-stop and wins the award for most lifts in a 10 minute video. Enjoy!

Rachel has been on the lookout for another little girl to lift and found the perfect girl in the sexy and super cute LuLu! LuLu is a 5 foot, 2 inch 20 year old gymnast who weighs 105 pounds with great balance. Rachel wastes no time turning her into her lift and carry playtoy.

Rachel begins by wrapping her arms around LuLu's waste and lifting her high in the air and barely puts her down in the video. She lifts her in cradles, over the shoulders, backbreakers, piggybacks, shoulder and one shoulder sits, front and side straddles and many more lifts.

Rachel then tries to gorilla overhead press with LuLu a few times gets very close to full lock-out but comes up just a tad short. She then tries another overhead press under her armpits and performs this one easily.

At the end of the video, LuLu wants to test her strength and lifts Rachel for a piggyback ride and does it effortlessly, She even bounces Rachel up and down on her back and holds her for almost a minute.
